About Heinrich

Your Local Master Chef

Heinrich’s love of cooking began when he was a small boy growing up in a beautiful countryside village in North Bavaria, Germany. Most of his daily family life revolved in or around the kitchen where he was inspired and fascinated by his mother’s cooking and remembers fondly his childhood days of gathering wild berries and picking seasonal vegetables. Heinrich has cooked for some of the world’s top hotels and establishments. He is a holder of the revered Master Chef Diploma and a longstanding member of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts United Kingdom.
